DFPI event 2022: Flexible and Controlled Food Processing using 3D Food Printing and beyond

On Monday April 25 the Digital Food Processing Initiative (DFPI) organizes its 2022 event on Flexible and Controlled Food Processing, using 3D Food Printing and beyond, at the High Tech Campus Eindhoven.

Featuring keynote speakers like GEA Group, Currant3D and Gastronology, together with a selection of other speakers from industry and academia who will share their vision and experience on flexible and controlled food processing. During this event we will bring you up to date on recent and future developments in the field and you can connect with other professionals in the fields of Food & Nutrition and High-Tech.

In addition to the plenary presentations, demonstrations by commercial companies as well as the involved knowledge institutes will be given at our Expo showing state of the art technologies in combination with poster presentations from PhD candidates active in this domain.
